“Then the priest will take part of the grain offering and lift it up as a memorial offering. He will bring it to the altar to be burned up as a sweet-smelling gift to the LORD” (Leviticus 2:9)

Abstract: Key verse commentary found in Leviticus, Chapter 2, Verse 9. “…With the power of devoting thereby his life to the service of the Lord, and of being receptive of a holy state of joy and peace”. This Old Testament book, written by Moses as instructed from the Lord, is far from a discarded and no longer needed book of the Law. Hidden within it is the still-in-force universal purification and moral behavior needed for the Lord to make His abode with the men or women in the world to be raised after death into heaven to be with Him forevermore.

This is a new church Bible Commentary on Leviticus 2:9. This is the spiritual meaning as the angels of heaven read it from their Bibles there. For these angels are spiritual beings in a spiritual body in a spiritual heavenly realm. Not in a natural, physical realm as we are in here. It is only natural that the perception of each has differences.

“Also the celestial man (the person of Love to the Lord) shall then be able to realize that conjunction (the Lord joining His Spirit unto mine), as from himself (I force myself to enter into this agreement with Him because I want this), with the power of devoting thereby (because of that, it brings about) their life to the service of the Lord, and of being receptive of a holy state (from the Lord) of joy and peace”.

"People ask me what I do in the winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring."
